The vinyl group $(-CH=CH_2)$ is also oxidized to a carboxylic acid group $(-COOH)$ by strong oxidizing agents like alkaline $KMnO_4$.$3$. The ester group $(-COOCH_3)$ is hydrolyzed under alkaline conditions to a carboxylate salt,which upon acidic workup $(H_3O^+)$ becomes a carboxylic acid group $(-COOH)$.$4$. Therefore,all three side chains are converted into carboxylic acid groups,resulting in the product shown in option $C$.
