Air also becomes hot due to sunlight and starts rising,carrying water vapour with it.
As the air rises,it expands and cools down.
This cooling of air causes the water vapour to condense. The process of condensation occurs,where small droplets grow into larger ones through the continuous condensation of other water droplets. These accumulated droplets form clouds.
