(A) Given radius $r = 2.1 \, m$.
Curved Surface Area of a hemisphere = $2 \pi r^2$.
$= 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 2.1 \times 2.1 = 2 \times 22 \times 0.3 \times 2.1 = 27.72 \, m^2$.
Total Surface Area of a hemisphere = $3 \pi r^2$.
$= 3 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 2.1 \times 2.1 = 3 \times 22 \times 0.3 \times 2.1 = 41.58 \, m^2$.
