(A) The circuit consists of two $NOT$ gates ($G_1$ and $G_2$) at the inputs $A$ and $B$ respectively.
The outputs of these gates are $\bar{A}$ and $\bar{B}$.
These are fed into a $NOR$ gate $(G_3)$.
The output of the $NOR$ gate is $\overline{\bar{A} + \bar{B}}$.
By De Morgan's law,$\overline{\bar{A} + \bar{B}} = \overline{\bar{A}} \cdot \overline{\bar{B}} = A \cdot B$.
This output is then passed through a final $NOT$ gate $(G_4)$.
Therefore,the final output $Y = \overline{A \cdot B}$.
