As the temperature $T$ increases,the thermal agitation of the atoms increases,which opposes the alignment of magnetic dipoles. Below the Curie temperature,the material remains ferromagnetic,but as it approaches the Curie temperature,the susceptibility decreases significantly. The variation is such that it remains relatively high and then drops as the temperature increases towards the Curie point,as shown in the provided figure.
