Unambiguous code means that one codon codes for only one amino acid i.e. $AUG$ codes only for methionine.
Genetic code is universal as particular codon codes for the same amino acid in all organisms.
It is degenerate because some amino acids are coded by more than one codon e.g. $UUU$ and $UUC$, both code for phenylalanine.
